Just like other sheaths, the sheath Intellectual pervades Each lesson of our body yet its entry point is the heart wheel (Chakra). heart should not be mistaken for the organs of our body that helps blood circulation. The anatomical heart is present in the left half of the rib cage. Contrary to this is the heart wheel (Chakra) which is the entry point of the Intellectual Sheath. If by spiritual practices one wishes to capture the mysterious power and flaunt them to get cheap name and fame, it can only be called in vain cynicism. So the general belief that spiritual practices should result in the achievement of miraculous power is completely accurate. Have had since so many great people who lacked commitment to success from the material. Nothing else doubted their spiritual greatness.
While the Lord Jesus Christ is alive, he had only 13 disciples and even though they failed to pass spiritual tests. Lord Jesus was hanged to death. Superficial This points to failure yet now he was worshiped all over the world. Rishi Dadhichi right from gifting his bones to Socrates drink poison, the story was in pain and frustration. Right from Seeta upto Queen Lakshmibai, there are sagas of failure. Imbibing the teachings of Guru Gobindsingh upto Bhagatsingh, have had to face a lot of grief. In short if success spiritual practices is measured by attaining miraculous power, worldly fame, worldly capability etc. then we really need to fix our thinking. Since the true spiritual success will help us drink the sacred ideals in our daily transactions. There are so many great people in world history Despite facing hardships, losses, frustration, sarcasm, insults, ridicule etc. are established such sacred ideals that inspired scores of other people to learn their daily life and thus achieve glory. It is only when a spiritual seeker of the fire pass through many difficult tests that can help him reach success in their spiritual endeavor. Fear or enticement never harass the mind of a true spiritual aspirants. They leave behind such a spiritual tradition which later helps scores of other people to glorify themselves. When Mahatma Gandhi saw a drama of Harishchandra, it inspired Gandhiji to walk the path of truth. As the great man leave footprints that will help other seekers to follow and thus achieve the real purpose of life. The blessings is worth reflecting upon and imbibing in one's daily life. Actually it is called the success of spiritual practices. Yoga practices in our lives are full of capabilities such.
Most of the great men of our world is born under dire circumstances in which their families are usually poverty stricken. They were helped by not by the rich or did they have enough material wealth. Their circumstances are so dire that not even they could think progress. Ordinary people under these circumstances have lived life like a dead body. More people overflowing with rare treasure of a godly character is capable of attracting the hearts of their colleagues with the necessary assistance. Material means come running to such people and thus the path of progress is laid. No need to give examples here. The interior oozes character of such people have a fascination for a large character, kindness and a sacred conception of life. It is this that makes them stand in the front rank of world's great personalities. When one measures their sacred character and contributions for the betterment world, it is clear that they have proved the command of "victory through spiritual practices" as real. Ang Yogic way of life is such that they are not limited by shallow curiousity or so-called miraculous powers and instead their amazing success in the form of world faith, written in letters of gold in great books of world history. One can name such great people along with their biographies for one's entire life time.
If spontaneous curiousity connotes "success", one could read the page innumerous Indian Mythology (Puranas) where the grace granted by Divine Powers after being influenced by the goodness of character. It's not like Hanuman and Arjun has reached the blessings of Lord Ram and Shri Krishna without any rhyme or reason. Only because of their irreproachable character they can be so dear to the Lord and thus attain the holy treasure. Story of Sukanya, Savitri, Anasuya, Damayanti, Gandhari etc. possessing Divine Powers, tell us that instead of executing Yogic practices, they imbibed such a great character that helped them capture the magic power. The increased life of Shabari, Sudama, Karna, Ambarish, Raidas, Kabeer, Nanak, Sur, Tulsi, Eknath, Ramdas, Vivekanand, Gandhi etc are given precedence delivery worldwide than Yogic practices. Yet they all attained divine grace. To the extent that such a bird Jatayu and a squirrel, who helped build the bridge to Lanka (eg described in the epic Ramayana), also reached the divine love of the Lord's.
The soul is an endless storehouse of Divine Powers. In all this the divine energies of the Lord is present in seed form. To sprout the seeds, the fertilizer of an unexceptionable character and water, in the form of selfless service have to be supplied continuously. By imbibing these commands to any spiritual seeker, such as an intelligent gardener can create a garden of Divine Powers (Ridhi-Sidhis) in his thinking. For this there is no need to search for, take or get anything from the external world. Because the only requirement that one must pay heed to, is to remove the thick layer of taints in our inner being. The real purpose of various spiritual practices is to cleanse the soul. It is the thick layer of ash, in a burning pyre that makes smoky fire and dejected. But once you remove the ash and fire starts blazing heat and serve and light. If we abstain from humble mind and lowly tasks, we can get many Divine Powers because of a radiant inner soul.
Separated from it by cleaning Intellectual sheath, when the individual consciousness merges with the cosmic consciousness, one attains greater Divine Powers. As Divine Powers are described in various places eg writing in relation to spiritual practices. Following are examples of success attained in waking Intellectual sheath.
"Because the soul radiates body cleaning. The digestive fire augments stomach, the body becomes diseaseless, one attains the power of omniscience and thus one attains the wisdom of all things. "
"One attains the wisdom of the causes of things past, present and future. One attains the power of elucidation and realization of the mystery of any scriptures of the world where one had never even heard before. "
"Goddess Saraswati dances on the tongue of such an aspirant and one's mantra chanting gives immense benefits."

"To the extent augments the power of the psyche, one attains Divine Powers (Sidhis) just like hearing the speech away lands, seeing things far away lands, one's predictions come true, one's fulfillment of desires etc. "
Yog-Tattvopanishad (73 -74)
"Via postures (Asan) one wards off illness, with breathing exercises (Pranayam) one overcomes sin and by the sense organ control (Pratyahar) one overcomes mental distortions. Via concentration (Dharana) one attains stability, through meditation one attains divine resources and through trance (Samadhi) one attains freedom. Bondage Thus the action is cut asunder.
