What could be improved:
- Eco Comfort is only compatible with 2:01 pitch wire spines for you can not use 3:01 supplies. It also does not work with plastic comb coils or color.
- A D-shaped handle would have been a welcome addition so that both right-and left-handed people can easily use this device. Due to the location of the handle (it is on the right parts), southpaws may have hard punching and binding on this machine.
Conclusion:
Overall, the Renz Eco Comfort is a very respectable 02:01 twin-loop wire binding machines. Both its punching and binding capacities are terrific and will enable you to get your job done pretty quickly. Its advanced features, like disengageable die, will help you get the results you need. While you can only use spines 2:01 pitch with this device (and for the left handed people may find difficult operation), it is a good choice if you need a wire binding device.
